Abhee Ventures secures ₹75 Cr loan from SBI in October 2025
Abhee Ventures Secures ₹75 Crore from State Bank of India
Abhee Ventures Private Limited has secured a ₹75 crore loan facility from State Bank of India in October 2025, marking a significant financial milestone for the Bangalore-based residential real estate developer. The funding is designated for working capital and business expansion as the company scales its portfolio across south India.
Context: A Year of Strong Growth
The SBI facility arrives during a period of accelerated growth for Abhee Ventures. The company generated revenue of ₹212 crore for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, posting a compounded annual growth rate of 50% in the prior year. This expansion reflects sustained demand for residential properties in Bangalore's emerging micro-markets.
The approval underscores lender confidence in the developer's execution track record. Abhee Ventures, established in 2009, is known for delivering high-quality residential spaces, and has built a portfolio spanning multiple typologies—apartments, villas, and plotted developments—across key Bangalore locations.
Market Momentum
The loan announcement follows the company's record sales in April 2025. Abhee Ventures sold luxury apartments worth ₹500 crore within 24 hours of launching Abhee Aaria in Gunjur, demonstrating strong buyer appetite for the developer's offerings in East Bangalore's growth corridors.
Funding Architecture
Abhee Ventures has taken three loans from State Bank of India, TATA Capital Housing Finance Limited, and Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, with total disclosed borrowing of over ₹141 crore. The SBI facility is the largest of these tranches, enabling the developer to meet working capital requirements and fund acquisitions in prime micro-markets.
All of the company's projects are RERA-approved and backed by authorities including BMRDA, BDA, and BBMP, ensuring regulatory compliance across all developments.
