Abhee Electronic City announced: 22-acre, 1,500-home mega project on Hosur Road

Abhee Ventures Announces 1,500-Home Project on Hosur Road

Abhee Electronic City is the developer's largest single announcement to date — a 22-acre development with around 1,500 homes in 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3.5 BHK formats on the Hosur Road corridor.

Project Scale and Configuration

The scope of this announcement marks a significant shift in Abhee Ventures' portfolio strategy. Established in 2009, the company has completed over 25 projects over the past 16 years across apartments, villas, and plotted developments, but none at the scale of Abhee Electronic City. The 22-acre footprint with multiple unit configurations positions it as a major residential presence in South Bangalore's evolving property landscape.

Location and Connectivity

Electronic City is located in South Bengaluru along Hosur Road. Hosur Road has moved from being "the way to Electronic City" to a standalone residential corridor. This shift reflects infrastructure maturation and rising demand for well-planned apartment communities in the belt.

Namma Metro's Yellow Line runs along Hosur Road & benefits its locales. Stretching roughly 18.8–19.15 km from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Road (RV Road) to Delta Electronics Bommasandra, this fully elevated corridor stitches together some of South Bengaluru's most important tech and industrial hubs.

The area boasts international schools such as Treamis World School and DPS Electronic City, reputable healthcare facilities such as Narayana Health City and Apollo Hospitals, and shopping destinations including Neo Mall and DMart.

Developer Track Record

Abhee Ventures has been active across Bengaluru since 2009, with projects ranging from plotted layouts in Hoskote to high-rise apartment communities in Whitefield and Hennur. The developer's presence spans multiple corridors and product types, indicating operational breadth suited to large-format delivery.

Headquartered in HSR Layout, we've built a legacy of trust through brands like Abhee Daffodils, Abhee Nakshatra, and Abhee Kingscourt. Current projects in the Electronic City orbit include Abhee Serenity Springs, located near the Electronic City metro corridor and spans 4.5 acres, offering mid-sized apartment configurations and shared recreational infrastructure.

Phased Delivery and Regulatory Compliance

At 22 acres and 1,500 homes, Abhee Electronic City will almost certainly run across multiple RERA phases. For a project of this magnitude, structured phasing is essential to manage construction sequencing, regulatory approval, and possession timelines. All active projects — Abhee Aaria, Celestial City, Serenity Springs, Silicon Shine, and Tranquila — are RERA approved.

South Bangalore as an Investment Corridor

South and south-east belts, including Electronic City, Hosur Road, HSR Extension, Kanakapura Road and Sarjapur Road, now account for nearly a fifth of new launches in some recent quarters, with a visible tilt towards organised apartment projects. The Electronic City–Hosur Road belt appeals to tech professionals seeking proximity to IT campuses and established institutional buyers tracking infrastructure-led appreciation.

The area has seen significant residential development driven by proximity to Electronic City IT hub, Wipro, Infosys, and other major tech companies. Hosur Road is an established IT-driven investment corridor with strong rental demand from Electronic City professionals.

Developer's Expansion Strategy

Abhee Electronic City fits within a broader expansion narrative. Abhee Ventures has outlined plans to expand its residential portfolio across Bengaluru, focusing on premium housing developments in key growth corridors of the city. The Bengaluru-based developer, established in 2009, has completed over 25 projects and continues to develop apartments, villas and plotted communities across micro-markets including Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, Electronic City, Hebbal and Hennur.
