Abhee Codename New Dimension's first phase received RERA approval on 25 August 2026 under registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/250826/008887. The project has been officially renamed Abhee City Urban Glenn, marking a formal regulatory milestone for the 45-acre Scottish-themed township in Gunjur.

Phase 1 Specifications

Phase 1 comprises 566 apartments across 3 towers with 615 covered car parking spaces. The phase covers approximately 6.05 acres and includes Towers 4, 5, and 6.

The phase includes 566 apartments in various configurations—2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4.5 BHK. Unit sizes range across the property's range of configurations, designed to accommodate both families and individual professionals.

Location and Connectivity

The township is located on the Whitefield-Varthur-Sarjapur Road in East Bengaluru, adjacent to Greenwood High International School, ITPL and Wipro SEZ. Gunjur has developed from a peripheral village into a desirable residential location, positioned strategically within the Whitefield-Sarjapur growth corridor, one of the city's most active tech and residential corridors.
