Abhee Ventures has received RERA approval for its 45-acre residential development in Gunjur, officially registered as Abhee City Urban Glenn under RERA Registration No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/250826/008887. The project was earlier announced under the name Codename New Dimension and is now progressing towards its upcoming launch.
