Abhee Launches Codename New Dimension with London Architects
Abhee Ventures has announced Codename New Dimension, a 45-acre Scottish-themed residential township at Gunjur on Whitefield–Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru. The township, designed in collaboration with London-based UHA London and India's RSP Architects, offers low-density living with 85 percent open spaces and over 140 lifestyle and recreational amenities.

The project is currently in its conceptualisation phase and will be launched in phases over the coming months. The partnership between UHA—a 24-hour global studio of architects, urbanists, and designers distributed across 6 time zones—and RSP India, where Head of Design Atul Bhandari brings nearly 30 years of professional practice including key roles at EMAAR India and as Design Director for RSP, shapes a design methodology grounded in international practice. UHA's portfolio spans over 150 sites across three continents, from Moscow to Cyprus, Greece to Mexico, and multiple cities across India including Delhi NCR and Mumbai.
