Abhee Bellary Road is an upcoming residential community in Jakkur, Bellary Road, planned across about 6 acres with around 400 apartments and 3 BHK, 4 BHK homes.

Location and Connectivity

Jakkur is a suburb in the northern part of Bangalore, Karnataka, positioned strategically on Bellary Road (NH 44) and the Outer Ring Road, offering convenient connectivity to other parts of the city. The area serves as a gateway between central Bangalore and the airport corridor.

The location is close to Manyata Tech Park, one of Bangalore's largest IT parks that hosts major IT and corporate offices and drives strong employment and residential demand in nearby areas. Jakkur is home to Jakkur Aerodrome for flight training and the Government Flying Training School.

A metro station is under construction at Jakkur Cross on the Namma Metro Blue Line, with an expected opening in June 2027. This planned infrastructure will enhance public transit access once operational.
